Nationalities requiring pre-approval from Cairo prior to the Consular section granting a visa are as follows:

Notice: All kind of travel documents/Alien Passports (with the exception of Latvia) need a prior approval from Cairo

Required Documents

- A filled-out visa application.

- Passport (Valid for at least 6 months)

- A copy of the residence at the EU (For non- EU citizens)

- 2 colored photos with a white background (4x6 photo size)

- Payment.

- A registered return envelope (if the application is sent in by a recommended post)

For nationalities that need prior approval from Cairo, the applicant should submit the following (via registered post):

- A filled-out visa application.

- Copy of the passport (valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return trip from Egypt)

- A copy of the residence at the EU (For Non-EU citizens)

- 2 photos in color and with a white background

- Payment is accepted when the applicant gets the approval.

- The Embassy shall contact the applicants who get the approval for their visas.

Notice:

• Any kind of documents MUST be sent via Registered mail/post.
• The Visa Application Form is automatically rejected if it does not contain the required information (i.e. purpose of visit, address, etc...), or if it is not thoroughly completed and signed by the applicant.
  

• All attached documents have to be appropriately scanned.

صورة جواز السفر أو وثيقة السفر (صالحة لمدة 6 أشهر على الأقل).

صورة الإقامة في الاتحاد الأوروبي.

عدد 2 صورة شخصية  ملونة ذات خلفية بيضاء - مقاس الصور 4*6.

أي مستندات تثبت الغرض من الزيارة (في حال كانت متاحة).

بعد ورود الموافقة يتم الاتصال بالمتقدم ويتم عندها تحصيل الرسوم.

فيما يتعلق بالسادة مواطني اليمن الحاملين لإقامة الإتحاد الأوروبي والمسافرين إلى مصر بغرض العلاج، يرجى إحضار تقارير طبية موثقة من المستشفى الحكومي المعني بمتابعة الحالة

ملحوظة

يتم إرسال أي أوراق خاصة بالمعاملات القنصلية بالبريد المسجل فقط وليس بالبريد العادي

يعتبر نموذج طلب التأشيرة مرفوضاً في حالة عدم وضوح المعلومات المطلوب استيفاؤها (مثل الغرض من الزيارة، العنوان، إلخ...) أو في حالة عدم توقيعه من قِبَل مُقَدّم الطلب
