تقديم المستندات للمراجعة
حرصاً على راحة المترددين على القسم القنصلي وتسهيلاً عليهم، تم تطوير خدمة المعاملات القنصلية. وبناءً على ذلك، وقبل القيام بحجز الموعد، يجب إرسال المستندات المطلوبة لكل خدمة محددة إلى البريد الإلكتروني التالي:
يرجى إرسال صور واضحة من المستندات المطلوبة (صور أو ملفات PDF) مع ذكر الخدمة المطلوبة والاسم الكامل ورقم الهاتف. سيقوم القسم القنصلي بمراجعة المستندات، وسوف تتلقى رداً عبر البريد الإلكتروني بنتيجة المراجعة وموعد الحضور إلى السفارة بعد اكتمال المستندات. يرجى إحضار المستندات الأصلية عند الحضور، مع ترجمة المستندات الصادرة باللغة السويدية أو اللاتفية إلى العربية أو الإنجليزية.
Submitting documents for review
In an effort to better serve our visitors and facilitate their experience, the Consular Section has developed its services procedures. Accordingly, before booking an appointment, please send the required documents for each specific service to the following email address:
Please send clear copies of your documents (images or PDF), stating the required service, your full name, and a contact phone number. Your documents will be reviewed by the consular section, and you will receive a reply by email with the result of the review and, once your documents are complete, the details of your appointment at the Embassy. Kindly bring the original documents to your appointment. Documents issued in Swedish or Latvian must be accompanied by a translation into Arabic or English.
